Sorrow and Starlight: Zodiac Academy 8

The rebel group reaches the Palace of Souls and heads into the tunnels beneath. The group splits up, with Seth, Caleb, and Geraldine heading to the Royal Seer’s Chamber. They find Stella, who tells them that Orion made a Death bond with Lavinia, preventing him from leaving. Seth refuses to believe her, and Caleb uses a sleep spell to knock her unconscious before hiding her to prevent interference.

As they move further into the palace, Seth looks through a hole in a wall and sees Lavinia giving birth to a monster. Seth rushes back to the others in a panic, and they abandon the search for Gabriel. However, as they descend, they see a crowd of Nymphs blocking the hallways, forcing them to take refuge in a closet.

Tory, Max, and Xavier traverse the hidden passageways, heading for the throne room. However, Max is drawn toward a wave of pain and fear coming from the amphitheater outside. Realizing that prisoners are being held there, he decides to break them out before Dante’s impending lightning strike on the palace inadvertently kills them. Despite Xavier’s reluctance to leave Tory alone, she insists that she cannot abandon her twin and forces them to go.
